Ingredients

Method

  1. Toss bread in half olive oil. 
  2. Heat a large frying pan and fry bread for 5-10 minutes until crisp and golden and set aside on kitchen roll.
  3. Place salad in serving bowl.
  4. Wipe out frying pan and add remaining oil and chorizo and cook for 1 minute stirring occasionally. 
  5. Add haddock and cook for 1½-2 minutes each side.
  6. Place haddock and chorizo on salad with bread cubes.
  7. Return pan to heat and add lemon juice and mustard. Stir and heat through for 30 seconds and drizzle over salad.
