Method

  1. Fry chorizo and pepper for 2-3 minutes in oil.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and olives. Add 200ml (half can) of water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in salmon and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Serve with parsley.
